Guests should plan on arriving at least 20 minutes BEFORE their scheduled Tour starts so you have enough time to check in & be introduced to your Haunted Tour Guide & Group. We plan for your tour to leave on time so that it does not overlap the tour that leaves after you & takes the same route.
If you arrive late & your tour has already left we will do our best to help you catch up to them but other than this option there are NO GUARANTEED spots to switch to on other tour times.
We are typically SOLD OUT a week or 2 in advance & our tour group sizes are capped for the best experience & the safety of our guests. It is the guest's responsibility to be there on time for their tour group's departure.

While space and time is limited for our Tours, you can pay using cash or credit card on the day of the event starting @6:30pm at the Downtown Littleton RTD Station.
Groups assembled and tours begin in the parking lot of the Littleton RTD Station & end in Downtown Littleton (about 2-3 blocks from the RTD station)

It is Fall in Colorado so dress accordingly. Ideally, this is a "rain or moon" event. However, if any cancellation is warranted due to extreme weather, you will be notified by email on the night of the event prior to your tour time.
Each tour takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
The RTD station has ample parking. There is also an abundance of off street parking near by.
